Russell Crowe stars as Noah in the 2014 film 'NOAH' directed by Darren Aronofsky

A new film about Noah is being shot in Iceland and and New York and it is due in theaters in 2014. Directed by Darren Aronofsky, Russell Crowe is the leading man. The film also stars folks like Jennifer Connelly as Crowe’s onscreen wife, Naameh and Sir Anthony Hopkins as Methuselah. Here is what Paramount Pictures says:

Academy-Award winner Russell Crowe as Noah from Academy-Award nominated director Darren Aronofsky’s NOAH.  Based on the Biblical account of Noah’s journey, NOAH also stars Academy-Award winner Sir Anthony Hopkins (Methuselah) and Academy-Award winner Jennifer Connelly (Naameh).  The film will be released worldwide in March, 2014.(c) 2012 Paramount Pictures.
